Waytt gave me a window of 1pm to 3pm. He was here at 1pm. Very polite and did his job and finished in a very efficient manner. If you need pest control this is the place to call.

I had to leave an online message at 9 pm. Wyatt came out at 4 the next day just as he said he would. He told me exactly what the problem was ( roof rats - GROSS) and what he would need to do. He did not charge for anything I did not need and I respect that because so many companies are always trying to tell you ( scare you) that you need services that you do not. I deal with many companies and do not like the majority. I highly recommend Xcel Pest Control and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Within 24 hours Xcel was at my home to relieve me of bugs,mice & rats!! Very professional service. Had a good night sleep for once!
