Did all communication over the phone as I was out of state & this is a rental. Good price, service & follow up. I am now on a quarterly service program. Liked the fact that they used a Eco friendly product inside the home. Safer for my tenant.

came ahead of time and after he was done, bugs were coming out from everywhere and rolling over dead. Did have 2 black widow spiders that died 2 days later, but understand they take a little bit longer. Feel much safer now!
