Constantly without power and never given explanation.. always saying it'll be back up in an hour, then updates to 2 hours then they say 5 hours.
They betrayed us! They want us to pay for solar panels. Then charge more for electricity. We'll let's buy gas for cleaner energy instead of 10,000 solar panels filling up the San Luis Valley. Totally evil!
The person responsible for the decision to work all night (bright lights, loud noises) on second Street Sept 5-6 should be fired immediately extremely bad decision making. Disturbing the peace and not only that endangering their crew. What an a hole.
You know what’s a great idea? Having your loud and obnoxious company trucks running outside where people live in the middle of a hot summer night and doing a job at midnight and continuing to work till 5 in the morning making it so that the people who live where you are doing your obnoxious work have a sleepless and restless night. That job couldn’t have been done in the morning. You’re brilliant xcel energy!
If your looking for a company that will lose power only during snow storms and that refuse to tell you anything then this company is for you
