Had to take friend to ED last evening due to an injury. Bad enough that I couldn’t fix, which tells you it was bad. Went to WCCH ED, was there 3 hours, was kept consistently updates by staff. Due to nature of injury was told to go to ECMC for specialist. Arrived at ECMC, no designated ED parking, sat in back room for 4 hours with poor communication. Saw a nurse twice- in admission and discharge. Total 5 hours. Don’t complain about community hospital ED visits until you have had to go to a city hospital and not have the perso... read more
The staff in the nursing facility tries to make it as nice as possible for the residents.

Went in in pain from surgery from 7 days again at a different hospital and they were So kind to me . They helped me feel better in a very timely fashion
