my honest opinion is that they really do not know what they are doing. you have to wait so long in the ER to be seen then it takes hours for them to somewhat decide what the issue was. I went to the ER after 5 hours of nothing I just left. if you can make it to another hospital without endangering your life, take the extra miles.
I genuinely think this is the worst hospital I have EVER been too. I came here for lumps I had in my back and they tried to tell me it was just knots and I was fine without even touching me. untill I refused to leave and after a 4 hour wait (in the hall way even tho almost every room was empty) after I already waited an hour for them to say that. they finally did something. let's just say they were not "just knots or tight muscles" and I just had surgery done. definitely not at this hospital! zero stars.
Be educated and professional on mental health and people with illnesses.
my grandmother is a resident there and everytime I go to visit her all the staff members are very nice <3 they make you feel welcomed . great place for sure
I had a complete hysterectomy yesterday morning at the hospital. The procedure went very smoothly. The care that I was given on the second floor went above and beyond. Two people in particular stick out, one being a nice young professional by the name of Rachael Russell (nurses aide) and another young professional (also an aide), that I can’t remember her name .. ugh ! The ER doctor don’t make any sense, and they have a hard time explaining things. Nurses are just rude! And the worst thing about this place is you could be dying and they would make you wait! Wait wait wait it’s so ridiculous
Had both total knee replacements there. First by Dr. Germaine and second by Dr. Mason. Satisfied with both of them.
