Had a colonoscopy in May and knee surgery in June. Both experiences were excellent from arrival to discharge. All staff were awesome and I felt at ease and confident that I would be cared for. Now in Physical Therapy next door at 408 Main and they have been excellent as well. I never once felt like a number or rushed through like cattle. Have seen that in other places. Everyone treated me, as well as the others around me, like they were genuinely happy we were there.
The service was fast and wonderful the staff was very kind that took care of me and i felt much better when i left!
The nurses & doctors on the 4th floor were amazing, and so nice ! Took wonderful Care of me and our daughter !
I've been here since 2:30pm this afternoon now 6pm all for an X-ray on my finger, and still waiting for antibiotic and discharge, I'd rather drive to Batavia next time. My opinion, it shouldn't take this long with not many people here
I was in for pre-screening for surgery. The wonderful people/staff were excellent and extremely helpful.
Good Hospital only problem seems to be parking for patients being taken up by Hospital Staff
This place is the best!!! The nurses and doctors in the ER are great.
Just had my second child via csection. OR staff polite as can be very calming and understanding. 4th floor nurses are the greatest and make sure you are up and beyond comfortable and there if you need them. I wouldn't want my children born in any other hospital while babies are in nurses care they are beyond taken care.
