Go to a small town hospital you get small town service. I recently took my wife to this hospital for an urgent medical situation. They ran bloodwork, a catscan, gave her painmeds and sent her home telling her that she just had a bad virus.A day later, my wife hadn't improved and actually had gotten worst so I rushed her to Unity. Having recently spent a week on "Aqua" after hip surgery, I cant say enough about the staff. I am sorry to say that with us all wearing masks, I may not be able to recognize everyone. Regardless, I want to thank everyone at every level for the friendly assistance in helping me graduate to moving back home. With a follow up surgery scheduled for December, ya'all may be seeing me again.
Megan Mase is the worst and most disrespectful nurse practitioner (NP) in the hospital. I definitely appreciate the help from the other staff members that helped me, but she is a very rude unprofessional person. If you get her as a NP in your visit I recommend asking for a different NP or an actual doctor.
The Maternity Ward at WCCHS were absolutely fantastic during our entire stay in the hospital when we had our child. The staff were kind, respectful, they assisted with anything we needed, answered any questions we had, and overall the experience with childbirth was memorable. I cannot express my gratitude enough for making my first days of fatherhood memorable, and enjoyable. I would recommend them to my friends and family to go here.
The staff on SNF took very good care of my mother while she was there. How they were there for all of us when we lost my mother. My Gram's at 103 years of age still lives with them. The staff is all to good to her and all of us.
The senior residence and rehab section of the hospital (aqua and plum) are top notch. My dad is there and he receives the best care and is treated with dignity and respect. Thanks to the staff who I know really cares about their patients and residents.
