Inglés I do not recommend this building for applying. I paid $125 for the application and also $350 deposit, and they haven't returned the $350. Every day they tell me they're going to refund me. It's disrespectful, and I need my money back.
i’m never one to leave reviews, and if i do they’re usually bad lol. but i will say this is the one apartment complex i’ve lived at that hasn’t disappointed me. i will say the application process was a little bit of a headache, but my year living there was pretty seamless. security is good , workers are super helpful and respectful, it stays clean, most residents are super respectful. its a good location and gorgeous building. not to mention, probably the most reasonable priced place in the area. i don’t live here anymore, b... read more
Working with Mark was easy, he helped me every step of the way. The application process was smooth . I’m excited to be moving in to this beautiful property .
Worst customer service ever, my ex cancelled my uber ride on the way to the building and told the front desk not to allow me upstairs. Front desk black lady refused to ask him to provide transportation back, said it isn’t her personal business. Front desk allowed me to sit at the lobby and told me to figure out my own ride , then she proceeded to call the police, gay white worker lied saying I threatened the staff and was asked to leave.
