I’ve been living here since they opened, management has always been great. Great amenities, and kept well cleaned.
Wynwoodhaus was the building I moved to when I relocated to Miami, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. The location is great, the amenities are excellent, and the management team, Kirkland, Mark, and Mulasia, are very helpful and always friendly.
I moved in wynwoodhaus about a month ago. Great move in experience, management was very kind and informative. I look forward to spending the next year here!
Extremely disappointed with the way management treats residents and applicants in this building. Our entire experience — from the very beginning — was full of delays, broken promises, and disrespectful communication. When we applied for our apartment, the process took far longer than expected. I had to visit the leasing office multiple times just to get updates, but all I got were vague answers and empty promises.
