CURRENT RESIDENT Beautiful building, but the noise has been a major issue I’ve lived at Wynwood Haus for over a year and unfortunately, the biggest issue I’ve experienced is the noise. There is an industrial concrete facility/factory nearby that creates SIGNIFICANT noise, and it can start very early in the morning.
