STAY AWAY I got in contact with the property about a tour. We set a date, when the date came the person I was supposed to meet was nowhere to be found. When I finally got in contact with her 15 minutes after our meeting time, the individual made it obvious her last tour went over schedule & she simply did not feel like meeting that afternoon so we rescheduled. Perfect location The apartment is in a great neighborhood, and the rent is reasonable. I lived here for a while and it was doable, it wasn't the best place but it definitely wasn't the worst. You are not that far from center city, shopping or parks to exercise or go on hikes. The street is not that busy so it is fairly quiet, however in the summer I do hear the concerts from the Mann Center but they are not obnoxiously loud.
