RecommendedI'm a regular there and don't commonly have problems but I had a horrific customer service issue.. The lady at the counter who schedules the meetings to go over out contracts was disrespectful and directly insulted me. I called management and was assured Id be called back but was not. Also, I had items stolen from my car in the garage by the parking staff I assume. Aside from those complaints I typically have a good experience.

Wonderful " Get Away From Home Weekend" ! We came down after Thanksgiving looking for BLACK FRIDAY DEALS. To my surprise EARTH WIND AND FIRE were at the Borgata!! GREAT SHOW then Brunch at Kelsey's!! This is one Kool weekend !!!!!
Staying here is one of the BEST times I've ever had in Atlantic City...... This won't be my last stay...... BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT EVER.... THANKS......
Its great has balcony fully loaded kitchen comfortable beds kid friendly..... broad walk is nice need to do work on the Atlantic Ave side but otherwise it's a good location they fixed the elevator problem too....☺
It's alright, the available tv channels could be upgraded. I wanted to stay in the room and watch nba tv or msg but couldn't. Everything is good in my opinion except the elevator wait and I couldn't watch my basketball while everyone was out and I stayed in the room.
156 am...air conditioner sounds like a plane is landing in my room..i call front desk they tell me i should wait 45 min while a maintenance man comes in my room to fix it..i am on a business trip..this is not ok..i am told manager is to busy to talk..please tell me i will be compensated for this horrible experience..sincerely
Very friendly and treated great, but we are owners and know what to expect.
Nice resort. Rooms are nice. A lot of the staff are not very friendly. The elevator has been running well this trip. The pool is ok. They need to enforce the no diving and no children under 16 without a parent rule. There are not enough activities at this resort. But all and all ok.
Love it very secured, cleaned staff is very nice and friendly. My Presidential Suite was beautiful on the 32nd Fl over looking everyone else. No complaint from anyone.
