Beware if u r in a hurry. It took 1 1/2 hours to get our luggage. The staff have master keys and lock guests out of elevators when they want to get up and down, guests wait unknowing one or two of the 3 elevators are being controlled by staff. They were prompt in doing repairs. Rugs need good cleanings

Good stay this time. Nice, clean room. Comfy bed. Friendly service. No issues. And, we avoided the 2 hour sales pitch. That was the best part!

Very friendly staff and guest too. Valet service is excellent. Clean. Easy to get to. Close to everything.
Wonderful getaway for us and our friends. Enjoyed the hotel and went to eat at the Resorts At Margharitaville and Landshark!

The view of the ocean deserves a star otherwise I would have given 1. You could not pay me enough to stay at this hotel again, believe me they tried with the Sales pitch we were forced into directly after check-in, and were ridiculed for not going. It should better communicated that this is a timeshare property and if you don't own one you will be hounded to buy a time share with them. The elevators take a very long time, and the Jacuzzi tub leaks. We were soo annoyed with our stay, and by far not relaxing.
The room was clean and spacious. Loved the balcony view of beach and AC. My only complaint was shower area was a little small for tall (approaching 6 ft) and waiting for car from valet took over an hour at checkout. Other than those 2 issues it was very nice, close to Margaritaville and LandShark
