too pushy to get you to there sales pitch. then you finally agree because they say it will take an hour but they will give you a free week vacation.(not really free as it turns out) then ends up taking 3 and a half hours because they won't give up on the pitch. (my bad for not just walking out) then they say we will call and let the front desk know you are checking out late but get back to your room and housekeeping already has your stuff in bags and started cleaning. 32 new lounge chairs at the shade pool that no one uses. At the Cabana pool, the most popular, they removed 30 lounge chairs and at the Ocean side pool there were only 13 lounge chairs. WTF?
