Had several friends room cancelled and have to now share a room with a friend who already bought airfare from LA to attend the show. Blamed the convention when it was their mistake. I hope they don't treat all big clients as bad as they have treated the guests of Days of the Dead. I used to give this hotel 5 stars but until this is resolved its down to 1 star only because I cant give a zero .
