Last night in negative -27⁰ wind chills, the altornator went bad in my semi, my company uses W.W. Williams for service! I was about an hr. And a half north of them stranded in my semi, worried that if I moved I could have at the very least walked away with severe frostbite 🥶! I dont know his name but, a mechanic showed up to Harrison Michigan and replaced the altornator in my semi and kept me from freezing!! The poor guy stood out there for about an hr.
