RecommendedJoseph was very prompt, easy to talk to, answered all questions. He took his time to look at everything. Explained some things we were not aware of. The price is reasonable and worth every penny. I would recommend to everyone who needs a home inspection. He also checked for termites. On a scale of 1 to 10, he was an 11.
