the inspector had a lot of knowledge and showed us things we need to be made aware for safety. the only thing that I was wanting to know like foundation and roof and chimney. their was frost and ground was frozen so could not check everything. no craw space under house. I know it is going rate but I felt it was a bit high in price . because he could not see under the house or climb on roof.
Joseph was great! Took his time and made sure that i understood everything.
Inspected our home and very pleased. This company gave us excellent service and very professional, friendly, detailed, checked all points needed and plus more.. someone i trust and would highly recommend.
