The inspection was efficient, professional and thorough. Thanks to Mr. Wrubel's attention to detail, he found an undisclosed problem that would have cost us a lot to repair had it gone unnoticed util after we took possession of the home. The reports were very clear and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend these folks!

Joseph is like a friend you just met and at the same time through, professional and knowledgeable. His company manages to be very up to date while also answering the phone when you call. These days that is a rare experience. Recommend highly.
Joseph Wrubel was both easy to deal with and very professional. He encouraged me to join him on the inspection and ask questions. He was able to explain things to me when I had limited experience or understanding. He wasn't there to push me to either buy or not buy the house. He impartially explained what was wrong and offered his knowledge about what it would take to fix it. He seemed very through and knowledgeable.
