First class approach. Intense, serious but fun and a truly scientific approach.
Worked out with Christian, Vinny and Eric in 2007-2009. Hadn't been for a workout since they opened this place. They were friendly as ever and remembered my biomechanics as if I had been there all these years. My rehab is awesome and I feel better knowing that my injuries are gone. I love that the trainers work together to help you and that they care about you inside and out. I cannot say enough. Love them!!!
I was having some nagging shoulder pain and with the advice of Dr. Nikki I went for an MRI. Yes she actually writ a prescription for me. Turns out there was a tear in my labrum and rotator cuff. With the guidance of Vinny and Dr. Nikki I prepared for surgery and now 4 weeks post surgery I am ahead of schedule and I am no longer in need of my sling.
