I am truly impressed with this gym! Coming from 10 yrs working as a personal trainer and pt aide at a physical therapy office i am so happy with the training i have received by Eric! I have quite the medical history and i was really looking for a gym being the right fit for me. Anyone looking for a gym this facility is worth every penny!!!! Keep up the amazing job guys! Yesterday I had a massage with Donna. I can honestly say it the best massage I have ever had and I been to a lot places. I will definitely be back.
WHF has been a life changing experience for me. I came in with a good deal of pain and in just a few weeks, my pain was almost gone and I have been on my way to feeling stronger and motivated. The team is excellent, very community based and work together to effect progress and success!
