RecommendedEveryone at WHF is always so friendly! Dr. Pat was awesome adjusting my back. Trainer Eric has helped me recover quickly from injuries caused by owning a small farm. The whole team is the best!
I love this gym. You work with a trainer every time you come into the gym. The question I get when I walk in the door is how are you feeling today. If I have any aches or pains my trainer Eric has me do some stretching and rolling out. I will never go to another gym.
A versatile gym that is able to facilitate training at any fitness level. All the trainers are knowledgeable and ready to help you set and meet fitness goals. I’m partial to my trainer Jonathan Edel who continually challenges me to exceed my personal goals and inspires me with his own personal commitment to fitness.
Yesterday I called about a dozen places looking to be adjusted. I had limited movement in my neck and had quite a bit of pain in my neck, shoulder and back. They were willing and able to fit me in. It was one of the best adjustments I’ve had. Although I’m sore (very normal when you haven’t been adjusted in a while), I feel so much better and have much more movement in my neck. They also did not mind when I asked about bringing my three kiddos with me.
