Not at all staff...but the managers are rude and disrespectful at Methuen,Ma branch...I thinking about terminating my contract cause of harassment ...been a patron of wow for 7 plus years...
I think this gym will keep its members active if they enphatize in keeping the place clean,maintain their existent instructors happy and remodel the bathrooms .Thats all
