RecommendedI’ve been to WOW a number of times and have had an awesome experience each time! Whether it’s getting a balayage with Brittany or a wax with Vandy! Both of them were so friendly and kind and made my experience so pleasant. I would absolutely recommend WOW to anyone for their hair, and body care needs!
Not taking the time to correct any wrong doings to customers and making said customer feel like it is their fault their hair got messed up and the actual product asked for was not delivered. Then to go ahead and ignore days of messages to get issue fixed is not how you do business. I would recommend any other salon besides them
love love love this place. I've been going for many years. Brittany is my favorite ❤️ But anyone you get is wonderful! I've had facials and eyebrow work done too, from Lydia. So wonderful and relaxing. I always recommend WOW when anyone asks! Everyone is so nice, always feels welcoming and safe, now with Covid. I was just there today. I love WOW!
Went in for my very first perm ever, and didn't have high expectations but expected better than what I got. The perm didn't take at all and all I was offered was excuses and another terrible perm. My hair looks exactly the same as it did before the perm and I have $120 less in my pocket, as if I would let them fry my hair with more chemicals just to have it still look terrible. so, if you're interested in a terrible perm and even worse customer service, this is the spot for you
All stylists at Wow Hair and Body Care are AMAZING! Mackenzie is my stylist and I trust her with my life. Through perms, colors, eye brow shaping, haircuts and everything else. Mackenzie takes time to give instructions, insite into your hair health, and genuinely cares. I have never left her chair in regret of my choice, I trust Mackenzie to pick out my color, cut, style and so much more! I have nothing but love and compliments for the competent, compassionate, and intelligent staff and stylists at Wow Hair & Body Care.

Came here for the 1st time and the girl totally messed my hair up!!! Showed her this pic and this is what I got!! Looks like she put a bowl around my head!! I am so embarrassed to go any where now!! Horrible horrible!!
