Called them out for AC not working. They came and told me I needed a new AC and furnace. I said fine please give me a written bid and we would like a Lennox. He said he would get us one the next day by email. Nothing for days. I called and told the woman who answered i didn’t receive any information. She said someone would get back to me that day. Last Monday.....nothing. They took money to do nothing. I want that no service service call fee back!
Called them first thing in the morning and they had my air conditioning working before noon. Wonderful and professional!! Thanks for all your help!! Mary
My Air Conditioner went out Sunday night, I called them Monday morning and they were able to fit me in! Their Service Technician was awesome! My Air Conditioner is up and running again!
