From my first contact with the friendly office personnel to the completion of my roof replacement I could not have asked for a better experience. Salesman Eric Griffith thoroughly explained all aspects of the process, plus put me in contact with a law firm to negotiate with my insurance company. Charlie, one of the site managers was always available to answer questions and keep me updated on the plan for the day. This company did my roof. they are very careless and made following damages during their work. 1, they broken my irrigation sprinkler. the manager Philip promised to pay for the sprinkler’s respire, but I never received the payment. 2. they broke my AC ventilation pipe. they sent an AC guy back to connect the AC pipe but left a big hole on the ceiling. After seeing their billboard, yard signs in our neighborhood and numerous positive reviews, I gave Worthmann a call to receive a quote for a stove hood vent we needed on our existing home. Somehow, the quote we received was 1/3 the cost of what the quote should have been. This was discovered after our quote was approved by us and the owner. 5 Star For Sure! My home had to be re-roofed owing to old age deterioration and recent wind-storm damage. Estimator went so far as to inspect home to be sure there were no leaks. Thus, no rush job was necessary. Nevertheless, re-roofing was completed in 3 days with top quality workmanship which included repair of damage behind chimney plus installation of cricket to prevent further damage to this area.
