I needed a 5th wheel conversion on Labor Day and they got me in during a holiday to get me the part I need! Great company and glad they had such great customer service.
Purchased a trailer about a year ago. It was a smooth experience and I highly recommend this place. Fast forward a year later…Had a side panel that came loose during a long trip that needed repaired. I brought it in without any expectations and spoke with Omar. He was able to pull my information and then informed me that I had a warranty (I had already forgotten about) and that it most likely would be covered. Rowdy and his TEAM took care of us with the purchase of our trailer and even paperwork/documentation after the sale. We will be visiting them for our next purchase and if any work is needed they will be our go to..
Nicest most helpful guys. Called about our issue with the trailer’s cam bar latches and replaced it quickly. Rowdy and Omar are the best. Had not had this great customer service from a company in the longest time. Highly recommend!!
