I was planning on purchasing a pre-owned vehicle (2012 Lexus CT 200h Premium) at the dealership and decided to google the reviews on the company. According to past reviews seems they have major internal issues. With that said, all negative responses was addressed in basically the same response with very little differences in wording (see below the response). RecommendedTheir customer service is excellent from the time you arrive too the time you leave. I took our Rav4 in to be serviced and it was so fast, it lasted for about 30 minutes. Andrew was my advisor...he was friendly and courteous the whole while.
RecommendedShane was a great service advisor. I came in for an oil change and he was honest with me and told that my breaks need to be changed, but I still had a little more but would help me out if I wanted to get them done now. I choose to get them done and he had my car back to me in under an hour and fixed a recall while they had the car. Thank you great customer service.
