This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the owner to his son-in law JJ. The worst of all is the contractor they use ( the owners brother-in-law) Robert Camardella. HIs bussiness is called All Around Carpentry. The company apears to have gone out of bussiness. Thank God...... Beware scum has a way of resurfacing.

The owner of World Tile and Carpet ripped my 83 year old mother off he took $700 of her hard earned money. She took him to court and won a judgement and now she is trying to collect. His business has gone out of business. Does anyone know how to contact this individual so I can get my mothers money back. Thank you.

I ordered tile for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and received all my tile as ordered and in the time frame promised. I recently went back to order tile for the rest of my home and found the store to be closed. I was sorry to see it closed because I felt they had the best selection and prices around also the design consultants were knowledgable and helpful.

READ THE REVIEWS. FORGET THE STORE REVIEWS. JUST CHECK OUT THE NAME TOM CASTALANO. IF YOU SEE THIS JACKASS ANYWHERE IN ANY BUSINESS WITH THE TWO BIT HELP OF HIS EQUALLY DEVIOUS WIFE OR JJ THE BOY CLERK....... JUST RUN. THEY STEAL DEPOSITS. DO NO INSTALLATIONS. CHANGE LOCATIONS WITH NO FORWARDING ADDRESSES. ETC

these people are truly a work of art, not only did they not complete my job, but they stalled finishing it until they no longer can be reached. look there's allot of rhetoric here about who is writing these blogs and if its competition. well as a unsatisfied customer, i am not a business with anything at stake here. its not the workers, its the administrative end of it that screws people. they never ordered so that the work could be finished. so put your money where your mouth is. don't pay them full up front!!!, don't pay t... read more

I think some of these reviews must be from crazy, vindictive people because my husband and I were so pleased with the service we received from World Tile Patchogue. We indeed paid cash and recieved our merchandise as promised. Our tile work looks beautiful thanks to World Tile. We would recommend this store to everyone!!! There personalized service makes them stand out from the rest. Don't Hesitate!!!
