I place an order for only 2 items but enough that it makes the $5 ship charge worth it.I then wait and wait for it to arrive, only to find out 1/2 the order is not only missing but not even 'mentioned'. This company is a scam. I ordered a sofa from them last year. The delivery company delivered it damaged on the bottom. The bottom of the sofa began to ruin my floors, so I requested a replacement under my warranty. I requested it 2 and a half months ago and have only received 2 pieces of the sofa. Four pieces are still missing. The delivery company they use is pilot freight, which is a very unprofessional business as well. These are crooks. They sent us a coupon but when we shopped there they said that the coupon is no good for food (pasta, cookies and coffee that we wanted to purchase) related items!!!!!!!!!!!! On the coupon it only reads no alcoholic beverages!!!( we had no alcohol.)These crooks should be banned from doing business in **********. I ordered a $20 pillow and a $30 lamp from cost plus world market thanks to a cute ******** ad. I got a notification that my package had shipped and gave the impression both items were included. When the package arrived it was only the pillow and in a package clearly only meant for the pillow. I checked and received an email stating both of my items had been delivered. Cost Plus World Market is a joke. If I could give this ***** stars I would. They customer service is terrible. KAMI and ****** are the rudest out of them all. Please do not purchase from them. I started to shop with cost plus world market again recently. I purchased a utensil set in stores and then a little after wanted to purchase a second set of it online as i needed more. I originally ordered it on september 14, and got an email stating i should receive it september 24. Never arrived. They kept telling me to wait and wait so many business days. Dont buy here. They have the worst customer service ever. Contacted them many times, a simple request never get resolved. Every time they generate a different case number that never get processed and no communication on any progress. Waste many hours with call center.
World Market... ********** *********....I ordered six curtain panels. I purchased them when the order arrived. Unfortunately they did not compliment my decor. I called and asked if I could have a store credit. I was asked if I had the receipt.
