RecommendedJust purchased the 15th car I’ve owned since getting my driver’s license many moons ago. Hands down, World Subaru was the best experience. They made the worst parts of car buying (Can you say negotiating price? The finance meeting?) pretty painless. And pick-up day and learning all of the cool features were a blast. Big shout-outs to Travis and Tara. You can tell it’s a well-run organization. Everyone who works there is pleasant and seems genuinely happy.
There sales department is excellent, they made my purchase seamless. They explained the cars new technology. This is my second Subaru so I can speak to there service department and it also is excellent
The Szabo's great experience started with meeting Glen "JT" Miller, a sales rep at the Tinton Falls location. He had a great personality and listened to our needs. JT was patient and provided answers to our questions. The start of the process was a positive one. We leased the 2019 Ascent. V deserves recognition for not giving up until he figured out what was causing the noise in the rear of my car. & Rudy maintained phenomenal customer service (even when I may not have been an understanding customer). Hands down easiest place to deal with. the staff was phenomenal. Felt like they rolled out the red carpet for you. Alli our sales rep was fantastic making everything a breeze. Kristen in finance made everything super easy and help us pick the right warranty package for us. After all was said and done I was taken to Nicole and Tara who gave me Tour of the dealership and service center and even set up a appointment for my first service. I purchased my first Subaru today! I have wanted one for the longest time and i finally got one! Girsh is the best salesperson ever! He made my first car buying experience a great one! I highly recommend him.
We just leased a 2019 Subaru Forester Sport. Rich was the salesmen and he was great to deal with. Tara was super helpful showing me all it had to offer. She took her time to explain everything and was very patient. She answered all of my questions and was a sweet person in general.
I went with my father to help him shop for a new car. I was so impressed. The team stayed late to make sure all of our questions were answered. We left so happy with a new car. my dad would be writing this review, but facebook is not for him. Thank you George Notte, Tara Mullins, and Kristen Inaugurato. We are very happy.
