Just picked up a 2019 Forrester. Tim made the sales experience quick and easy. The typical back-and-forth game was never a part of process. After a great tutorial from Nicole about the car’s features, we left the dealership completely satisfied.
Compared to any other dealership that I have dealt with in purchasing a car, my experience at World Subaru was by far the best! Josh Cavalieri was extremely informative and transparent when helping me find the best Subaru for me. I would definitely work with Josh and this dealership again. I also appreciated how Nicole Sciamarelli took her time in helping me understand how to use all of the amenities in my Subaru, her help made this experience even smoother.
Tim Stewart was an awesome salesperson. It was the fastest and most fair deal we’ve made for a car. He understood our needs and budget. His manager was super fair and helpful ad well. Nicole Sciamerelli was great in explaining the car features. It was comforting to know she drove a Subaru as well and really understood the car.
World Subaru has one of the friendliest and accommodating sales representative and staffs. Our experienced with Glen Miller, Nicole Sciamarelli and Michael Warnoch was great and fun at the same time. If ever i will buy a car again I will want to deal with him again. Meanwhile, NICOLE SCIAMARELLI (delivery coordinator) was so helpful and clear in explaining to me all the things that I should know about my new Outback. They are all very nice and helpful! Recently got a new Impreza from Glenn miller At world Subaru. The entire experience was amazing! I went in told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to be around and he was able to cater to everything! I’ve never experience customer service the way world Subaru offered! Really good experience with Jamie. Not stressful and everyone answered all our questions . This is the second car we have gotten from world Subaru and we will definitely use them in the future.
My husband and I had purchased a new Outback at World Suburu. Josh, our salesman, was informative and very organized. It was a smooth process. Tara was wonderful. She sat with us in the car and explained how to use the technology and safety features. I would have been lost without her.
