Recently bought a Crosstrek from World Subaru. The showroom and my sales consultant Sam Spencer were welcoming and friendly. Overall, a great experience. The day we picked up the car, Nicole Sciamarelli sat with us and explained isight and starlink and all of the controls in the car (we're new to the Subaru family). Everything was set up and ready to go. Nicole is a knowledgable and friendly delivery coordinator. I would highly recommend World Subaru and both Sam and Nicole to anyone looking to purchase a car.
Lots of options; very helpful, friendly (not pushy), curtious and kind staff; willing to work with you (received an upgrade on package when they didn’t have the color of car I wanted for the same price); knowledgeable on all things about cars; just a great place to buy a car.
