I was there on Saturday .I always use Dennis.. He was out sick but they told me to come in Sue was her name.. very nice woman.. She told me to see Brian never seen him. I was push on a guy named Jamie .. Very pushy then he told me well Dennis is sick his loss. Insisting the vehicle will be sold before I come back on monday. Mark was amazing (no pressure, no gimmicks, and none of the typical salesman shtick) and after 22 years as a Honda owner I am now a happy Outback owner. I cannot recommend Mark, Nicole, and World Subaru enough for making the new car buying experience easy and painless! 5 Starts all the way!
Tim did a wonderful job, no pressure presentation of the SUV’s I was looking at. I don’t respond well to high pressure so as a result I purchased a Vehicle. That’s when Tara took over, she showed me how to use the high tech that cars now have. She did a wonderful job of it too (she dumbed it down so I understood without making me feel stupid). I would definitely go to World Subaru again, it was a painless experience.
this place is awesome, they make the process very easy and everyone is very friendly. Girsh, Nicole, and Natalie are all incredible and they made the experience very pleasant.
