It's cheap convenient and I like how there are different walks of life at the gym. I like the spinning classes as well and personal trainers. The only complaint I have is that the parking is very tight. Luckily I come in the mornings so there are not as many people driving.
Place is always filthy. Gym floor and especially the bathrooms. Always smelly like stale water. They didn't update any gym equipment for the 3 years I belonged there and never saw the manager once!!!! Not worth the money for the effort the gym gives out would never join again.
1. cameras are junk, so if you getting anything stolen they can see who it was because they don't update anything 2. 100 pound dumbell was broken for 6 months before they bought a new one 3. The equipment is not maintained I recommend people to got the life style fitness now because they don't have these problems! Plus their dumbells go to 150!
