you've charges two times since you shut down from coronavirus ( while other gyms have frozen) what is your plan to reconcile with those members who have not cancelled our memberships but are still being charged without any correspondence?
Stop charging monthly membership fees while the gym is closed for coronavirus!
I am moving in May and have been trying to get a hold of anybody to make sure I can have the right paper work started on time so that I am not charged beyond my moving date. I have received a Facebook message saying they would respond to emails within 24hours it has been a whole week since then, poor management of a good gym with great employees...!
I do recommend the gym BUT they’ve been continuing to charge me a monthly membership fee since I canceled in October. I called and was transferred to manager. Left her a voice message and never heard from her. Also I messaged on Facebook which I saw was read but not replied to. It’s not very cool that both the management and whoever looks over the Facebook page had no care to even reply or give any guidance on this. Love this gym, but please fix the TVs and the signals. The signal will go out in the middle of a workout, or just not work completely.
