RecommendedYes but I miss the old 1100 pm hours and tje weekend hours are terrible ,and I really miss the steam room
No direct payment from your bank: I have not been in the gym since the beginning of the Covid 19 and they are still charging me because I am in direct payment. Please cancel my membership and don’t charge me. I am trying to call but the calls don’t go through.
New ownership comes weird policies. I was told I was refused to cancel my membership because they are in the process of changing management though I cancelled my membership in July as I do not live in Maine anymore. I was told I will continue to be billed without my consent and nothing can be done though there is no contract. I have been an active member here for 2 years and I am disappointed. I do not recommend going to this gym anymore.
I use to love this gym! Then the pandemic hit and I’ve steadily been charged for 5 months with out me being able to go with an additional charged “yearly fee” that they do. I even asked to freeze my account and they did for a couple weeks and charged me the month after. When you call the staff say they can’t do anything because the manager is in meetings and very busy so they request that you email, and when you do there’s no response. it's not as clean as it should be most of the equipment is tagged temp. out of service. they charge members when the gym has been closed for almost 6 months.

they have a really sloppy scattershot unprofessional presence on facebook and their website. they fail to post accurate and timely information with storms, weather events and covid-19 their attitude seems to suggest a contempt for their customers. there are many options in portland. options which do a much better job with communication and follow through.
