They are all real nice there. I like Dr. Word a lot. I would recommend this office to anybody.
Fast, friendly service. Had to transfer there from another dermatologist because they closed and I love it here. Dr. Word is wonderful and his staff is always so friendly and helpful.
Called 3 times to make appt., voicemail doesn't even give option to make an appointment. Left 2 messages. They haven't called us back yet. I can just imagine all that lost revenue... just floating away. Wow!�

I chose Doctor Word because my insurance changed and I was forced to pick a new provider. I chose him Ailey off the recommendation of my pcp. Glad I chose him. He's bright and articulate. You may have to ask him what a few of his acronyms mean but he doesn't mind sharing. Spent adequate time answering all my questions. Of course I was most impressed with his Justin's and especially his ability to laugh at my bs jokes. He and his staff showed respect and appreciation.
