I have been with Dr. Mousad for several years and have followed him across the state just to stay with his practice. Cant say enough amazing things about him. I couldn't write another review so I am modifying my old one. My insurance company recently made a coding error resulting in a thousand dollar bill from the doctor's office. I’ve only been seeing the doctor for a couple years.it’s hard to explain how much my body is reacting to the medication as prescribed by the doctor. Dr Massad is a very caring professional, explains everything he’s doing while he does it. He’s even contacted me on the weekend to see how I’m doing. I appreciate the care his team gives me. This place is a fraud .. The Dr is very rude disrespectful and unprofessional.. The staff doesn't know what there doing they are all over place. They are just there to take money from your insurance. This place should be shut down. FITCHBURG MA has a pain Management place. Go there
I have had multiple neck surgeries, and have ended up with chronic neck and arm pain. I have been going to Dr Mousad for 5 plus years and he the best Dr a person could ask for. He really listens and cares about me. I have alot of health issues and he cares about everything. I really appreciate him and his staff. He always answers all my questions. He makes me feel like I matter, and I really am greatful for all his knowledge. He is truly amazing .
