Always very pleasant
Let me start by saying my stay at Worcester Medical Center was awful. I went in for a same day surgery procedure on 10/5/21. That team was amazing and the OR staff was great. When I got on The North unit after my surgery i remained on the unit for 3 hours before I was seen by a nurse. Which she stated she didn’t know I had arrived. I was in pain, drowsy from anesthesia and needed relief. Eventually a nurse named Linda made up for the entire team, she was amazing and took care of me..but the next day the poor care continued. ... read more
