Best kids dentist ever!!!! Danielle and Meagan are the Best! Awesome and caring staff in the whole office
We’ve been going to Worcester Kids Dentist for almost 9 years now, the kids love it and so do we. Dr.Vera and her staff are just amazing. I love that place!!
Was told today the doctor was running 1 hour over my scheduled apt time. I could not stay told receptionist I would have to reschedule....her response "we require 24 hours cancellation notice". how about some customer service skills, I am sorry for the inconvenience next time if you would like to call ahead we would be happy to check on the waiting time. Also just for future refrence we do require 24 hours notice prior to a cancellation. Took my xrays and will not be back..unfortunate Dr.Vera was wonderful :-(
WKD is a welcoming, friendly enviorment. The staff is great with the kids. My boys enjoy getting the birthday postcards,emails and texts. I like getting the appt. reminder texts.
