I got there on time for my kid's appointment only to be told that due to covid my spot was given to someone else. No one called or texted me about this change. The staff were adamant that I can could either wait for an indefinite amount of time outside or reschedule. No apologies from the staff on this. I was finally passed on to the manager who would not let me talk but apologized and when I asked her if she can give me a moment to express myself she hang up on me. Recently moved to Worcester and was looking for a kid’s dentist. After few research I ended up with Worcester Kid’s’ dentist because of the lady who picked up my phone call was nice (and the reviews on FB). After seeing the dentist/hygienist, I had no regret of my choice for my kid. Recommended!!!
