Allen and Chris made what is usually a stressful process run incredibly smoothly. I found the car that I wanted and they worked with me on the price and my trade in. After some discussions on the phone, we showed up, test drove the vehicle, signed all of the papers and were out of there within an hour. It was amazing! I got my car and we still had our entire Saturday ahead of us!! I absolutely recommend this dealership and will be coming here again when the time comes.
We got a fantastic pre-owned town and country this past weekend. The folks at Wooster Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram were incredibly helpful to make it a great experience. We didn't have much time, so they got most of the paper work complete before we even got there. We did the negotiations over the phone and were able to show up, test drive the car and finalize the purchase in less than an hour. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle and with the experience. 5 star Purchased a 1500 ram 4x4 from Johnny. The 1500 that we wanted to look at was not at dealership, but Johnny got on the phone and got it there with in the hour for test drive. Johnny went over every little detail that was on the vehicle. Then went on a very nice test drive. 5 stars to Johnny.
