RecommendedBought my first car from them! The salesman was amazing, kind, respectful, and treated us right. The finance team was great! Helped advise but didn't make decisions for us or talk us out of what we wanted. Overall a 5 star experience with this team.
Scummy salesman tried to lie to me and push me out of a pre-approved loan through a credit union with 3% interest rate to work with their bank at a 9% interest rate. Ran my credit without my signature or consent. sold me a car that I later found out had major engine damage because it was torn apart and rebuilt incorrectly before my purchase. Engine breaks down and company refuses to honor the engine's warranty. Everyone I know has horrible experiences here. Don't come here.
RecommendedRecovering from a bankruptcy and was ready to purchase another car. While thinking I was about to leave with the LEAST wanted vehicle, I voiced that to Chris and did he work his magic! I was beyond satisfied with the vehicle I am now driving. Ty and Chris stayed way beyond closing time to make it all happen. Thank you guys so MUCH.
