I purchased a new Jeep Renegade at another CDJR dealer and had some issues. Wooster CDJR is close to home so I contacted them but did not expect much since I didn’t purchase my Jeep with them. However, a big thank you to Bryan (service advisor) and Mitch (technician) for correcting the issues under warranty. I was even provided a loaner vehicle. They went above and beyond and treated me like a customer. They have won my future business for both service and purchase of vehicles! Great work guys!
I didn't purchase a vehicle but had mine fixed. I actually have a dealership within 10 minutes from me that I refuse to go to because they did me dirty several time. Wooster chrysler jeep is a little over 30 minutes from my home. I was having issues with my jeep and told them I needed a loaner they set me up with one I had it a week went today to pick up my jeep not only did they fix it let me use a reliable car. they even washed mine! I really appreciate what they did for me😍
