Worst customer service i’ve ever seen in a woolies. We had around $170 worth of groceries in our cart and had to do self service checkout by ourselves because the staff at the counter failed to provide help even though we were seeking help to checkout. only thing they were capable of was hiding behind staffed counter pretending to nothing when they noticed we were seeking assistance!!!
