Calm shopping experience. Served by Maddy I think . Very friendly and made my day when she complemented my nails. 💅🏼 thanks queen. Very professional and thoughtful. Isle staff were also helpful in pointing me in direction of where things were. 20/10
Front service staff very rude . Specially their supervisor lady. There was line on checkout she was still standing and chilling out, not calling for priority operators. Store manager should take action they don’t even swap the items with receipts they said oh we have to give you refund first then you can buy. Refund takes 3-5 days. If customer have receipts and items to swap in original condition why they are not swapping . That supervisor lady got very bad attitude… very bad customer service . Typical supermarket these days, poor service with not enough cashiers open, trying to persuade us all toward self checkout. Real customer service has been long abandoned, mind you, Coles is no better.
