The staff member named Lee at Woolworths was very rude and unprofessional toward customers. I had only just asked for a cleaning solution that can be mixed with water for cleaning purposes, but she immediately responded with the attitude of, “I don’t know what you want.” I had not even finished explaining before she started laughing and chatting with another staff member who was stocking shelves. Is this really the kind of customer service attitude she provides to customers?
