RecommendedAwesome, can’t recommend enough. Purchased two fosgate 12” subs. They contacted me to make sure the amp I had was good for them. When I explained I was gonna upgrade my amp later and what to. They contacted me back saying that amp I was gonna get was too much for the subs. And also they were concerned the amp I was using was such a lower quality that it wouldn’t perform well and even could damage my new upgraded subs. Order a set of sundown audio coaxials and unfortunately they had sold the last pair and tony contacted me and hooked me up with a better pair of components...these guys gave me great customer service... that i ended up buying a sae 100.4 from them totally recommended them...
Sent me a used part that was hacked up and taped together. Called and they sent me a return label, but wanted me to wait another week or better for the return to get back to them before they would send me a replacement for a used piece that should never have been sent to me in the first place. Then I would have to wait yet another week for me to get the new part, all while my customer wants his car back. Part has been returned for over a week and still no refund or contact. Very honest and helpuful. Would recommend and order from them again in the future. Called and spoke with them multiple times (I can’t remember the names of those I spoke with I am horrible with names) and I was treated with respect and they didn’t rush the calls, they also did not just answer my questions they asked questions to better understand my situation to make recommendations.
These gentleman are the personification of 5 star service. I made a JL Audio subwoofer purchase on the 4th of July (Sat night). Less than 48hrs later, Tony reached out to me and offered to adjust my purchase & allow me to pickup from the physical warehouse rather than have to incur additional shipping charges ($75). I have to say this is a good company. I had issue ( on my side ) after a purchase & was quick to get frustrated with them & rush to send their product back. The owner promptly got in touch with me & helped me with resources to locate what my issue was. Turns out their product was working properly & the problem was on my side. I ordered an 12 alpine still haven’t received it yet talked to joshua foley told me to call back Wednesday which was 3 days after my package was suppose to be delivered and now that it came to Wednesday I’ve been calling trying to get in touch with someone and I still haven’t because it says temporarily closed but wasn’t closed when I called the first time. So I don’t know if this a fake place or fraud but I want my money or my speaker.
