7 hours into a 10 hour drive. Quick stop and it was a great decision, the employees are amazing super sweet, the food was amazing. I couldn’t recommend it more.
Sadly, they do not take food allergies seriously. I personally watched a worker cross contaminate food (used a knife to push a bun into the toaster and then used the same knife to continue to cut advertised gluten free food) and when I later complained the OWNER said it was impossible and that I was lying. My wife (celiac and gets very ill from gluten) got sick shortly after. We wanted NOTHING from the restaurant only allergy training so we would be able to eat there, because the food was good. Really good bbq
It has been awhile since we have been here, but when we did visit, the food and service was great. We need to make an effort and come back - been since Covid. Thank you for having a different alternative menu then the surrounding areas.
