Respectful, timely, and professional team coupled with easy to partner with central team made our experience with Woodys 5 star.
Finding hardwood floors under an old carpet, I contacted Woody's for an estimate. They said that a Project Mgr would be out the next day within a time-frame. No one showed up. I thought maybe the date was wrong, so I waited a week till the next Wednesday, but no contact. I called back to see what was wrong. Mario and his crew did a pretty great job with what they had to work with. My floor was full of crews, like the previous owner tried to get rid of squeaky floors. They missed one screw right in the path to a doorway. Also there was a weird spot in the master bedroom. And all those screw holes were filled but they didn't seem to go over them again once the filler sunk a little. I talked to CJ and he said they'd come in the next week. That didn't happen. Woody's, specifically Toto, did a wonderful job refinishing our flooring. The process was dust free. Toto was very methodical and the results show it. He took time to custom blended a stain that was the perfect color for us. The cost was very reasonable and the end result was great!! Love, love the floors.
I called Woodys Hardwood Floor to bid on my living room and kitchen area. CJ came out the following day. He is incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. We hired them for our floors. Jose came to our house based on our agreed schedule. Jose is kind, friendly, conscientious of our families requirements, along with this this Jose is respectful and professional.
