If you want a higher quality haircut for a cheaper price than any other barber shop in Saratoga, then Woody's Barbershop is the place to go. When you walk in, they offer you warm hospitality and a cold beer (if you're of age). Military is their specialty, so I highly recommend going if you're stationed here for the final leg of your nuclear power training (I've been going for the year I've been stationed here and haven't been disappointed with the results).
