RecommendedTrying to relocate and get familiar with a new city can be difficult. Brandon made it tremendously easy for my family and I. He knew the layout of the city and found us the perfect rental home. Currently working with him to find a new home to purchase. This guy really knows his stuff! We thought our move to Tennessee was going to be largely uneventful. Boy, were we wrong! Staying away from the scams on Craigslist, we searched for a legitimate rental company. We rented from them for 1 year. Maintenance was fantastic! However, we moved into a horribly dirty and gross house that had been "professionally cleaned". We received our refund from our security deposit with $350 non refundable cleaning fee. I'm not sure where the people before us had their money spent...it was absolutely not on cleaning.
