Ordered 24 drawer slide spacers but they are the wrong size for my cabinets. Asked for a RMA but have not got it yet until I filled this rate review.

I have ordered drawer runners from Woodworker Express several times. Their process are very reasonable, and the shipping can't be beat. Top notch, name brand runners too. I'll keep ordering from Woodworker Express.

I placed an order for a hardware item under the impression it would ship in 5-7 business days as advertised. After a week and a half I called to follow up on the order and was told "It looks like the shipment will be in this Friday" .... I received the same answer the following week and then again today before I cancelled my order. Will definitely not use this business for anything in the future and will discourage all of my Millwork clients to go elsewhere.

I purchase the Rev-A-Shelf Cloud Pullout for my blind corner cabinets. I realized after my order had been shipped that I ordered the wrong size. Consumer service is the reason I am giving a one-star rating. While I made the mistake of measuring wrong, I called to cancel my order before it was delivered and was told it could not be done. I then called the delivery company, and they said only the sender could cancel the shipment. I had to pay 83.45 to ship it back, and my return was less than the cost of the original shipment.... read more

I agree will not return emails they owe me a refund for merchandise I returned via UPS. I have the proof of return and they will not respond to emails.
